Although he is a fairly new addition to the heat treating industry, Mitch Kaltenbaugh is a young engineer who is not afraid of any challenge. He's worked hard to learn to be a heat treater while multi-tasking the roles of supervising a plant, managing daily customer communication for some of the company's largest customers, and overseeing company-wide quality programs. He steps forward in these ways to present a steady leadership example for his colleagues.
