    • Super-Early Bird (BEST RATES!): $895 On or Before May 31st
    • Early Bird (SAVE $100): $995, June 1 thru July 31
    • Standard: $1095, August 1 thru September 5
Additional 10% discounts available for 3 or more people from the same company who register together.

We highly encourage you to register by August 24 to ensure you receive the special Crown Plaza room rates. If you register after the 24th, we can’t guarantee a room at the host hotel.

Rate includes:

  • Opening night reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres
  • Tuesday & Wednesday lunch
  • Tuesday dinner

Rate does not include:

  • Hotel (although special rates have been negotiated. See Hotel tab.)
  • Monday dinner (if desired, but don’t forget about the reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres)
  • Optional commercial heat treat plant tour on Wednesday afternoon

Refund Policy:

  • 100% refundable before August 14 (30 days prior to the event)
  • 50% refundable between August 15 and September 4
  • 10% refundable after September 4
