The 2026 Heat Treat Boot Camp will be held at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square. Special room rates are available for attendees until August 24, 2026.

King Standard or Double Standard rooms are available for $149/night.

Check-In/Out Time

Check-in time is 3:00PM; check-out time is 11:00AM. All guests arriving before 3:00PM will be accommodated as rooms become available, however early check in is not guaranteed. Guest Service Agents can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

Valet Parking Charges:

$49 Overnight include in and out access (subject to change)

$28 Event parking does not include in and out access (subject to change)
