Jesse Lawrence is recognized as one of Ipsen USA’s most capable field service engineers (FSE), with 15 years of experience in vacuum heat treating equipment. Starting as a temporary employee, Jesse quickly completed Ipsen’s Titan Tech training and transitioned into a full-time role, demonstrating exceptional skill and dedication. He has since advanced to a senior FSE position, specializing in equipment installation, commissioning, and specialized project leadership.

Jesse’s leadership shines through his supervision of contractors during turnkey installations and his proactive approach to client engagement. His expertise has earned repeated client requests for his services and several accolades for superior performance. Jesse also contributes significantly to new product development and the field release of innovative Ipsen equipment such as the Titan, T2T, and brazing systems.

Currently based in Oklahoma, Jesse plays a key role supporting major accounts and mentors new service engineers. His future goals include advancing to Senior FSE status and continuing to lead complex projects and training initiatives. Jesse exemplifies commitment, technical excellence, and leadership in the vacuum heat treat industry.
