Tim Garner has been with Advanced Heat Treat Corp for 11 years. During his time, he’s held a variety of positions including general laborer, manufacturing foreman, assistant operations manager, and most recently, plant manager at the Cullman, Alabama, facility. His diverse experience and knowledge of nitriding, nitrocarburizing, and other heat treat processes makes him a true asset to AHT and to its customers. He is also just an all-around great guy who cares about his employees, customers, and the success of the company. Tim is definitely a worthy candidate of the “40 under 40” award.
