Jonathan Markley – Heat Treat Today’s 40 Under 40

Jonathan was appointed to the position of the Managing Director (President) of SECO/WARWICK Corporation in Meadville, Pennsylvania in 2013 and has been transforming the company in a positive way since that time. As one of the youngest executives in the thermal processing industry, Mr. Markley has a maturity and wisdom beyond his years. Markley is responsible for SECO/WARWICK Corporation’s day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth, expense, cost and margin control, profitability, and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management.

He is relatively new to the heat treat industry. Before SECO/WARWICK, Mr. Markley served as General Electric Transportation’s Global Sales Director for the surface mining division where he was the Senior Sales Executive leading the integration and global sales expansion of  Fairchild International. During his career at GE, he held both Global Sales Director and Commercial Operations Leader positions in Surface Mining, as well as participating in the Edison Engineering Development program within the GE Healthcare Division.
