Over the past 12 years, Danny has advanced through nearly every level of the family-owned business, building firsthand experience throughout the operation before becoming operations manager. That progression has given him a deep understanding of both the technical and operational sides of commercial heat treating while earning the respect of the team he now leads.

Today, Danny oversees one of Canada’s largest drill rod induction heat treating facilities, where he continues to improve processes, support production, and explore new ideas that will help position the company for continued success. His willingness to embrace innovation while respecting the traditions of a multigenerational business has made him an important part of the company’s growth.

Learning has remained a constant throughout Danny's career. Whether expanding his technical knowledge, evaluating new approaches to heat treat operations, or seeking opportunities to connect with others in the industry, he approaches every challenge with curiosity and a desire to keep improving. That mindset has also led him to participate in industry articles and podcasts, where he shares his experiences while helping introduce a new generation of professionals to the heat treat industry.

As the fourth generation of his family prepares to lead Northern Heat Treat, Danny understands the responsibility that comes with preserving a longstanding legacy while guiding the company into the future. His combination of hands-on experience, operational leadership, and enthusiasm for advancing the industry positions him to carry that tradition forward for years to come.
