With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University, Seth Rogers began his career at Parker Trutec’s Springfield, Ohio facility as a quality engineer. Over the next five years, he led a team of 10 quality associates, including the metallurgical lab, driving continuous improvement and maintaining rigorous standards. He earned several problem-solving and audit credentials, including a Honda 5P Certificate and an AIAG 8D Root Cause Analysis Certificate, and successfully led ISO 9001:2015 recertification efforts for three consecutive years.

In 2022, Seth was selected for the Metal Treating Institute’s YES Leadership Training Program, expanding his leadership capabilities and building valuable industry connections. His commitment to business growth was evident in 2023 and 2024, when he secured a major program from an in-house heat treater transitioning production to Parker Trutec, making the company the client’s sole heat treat supplier.

Seth’s global perspective grew in 2024 through a visit to the parent company, Nihon Parkerizing, in Japan. There, he toured facilities, exchanged technical insights with Japanese counterparts, and reconnected with colleagues who had previously worked in Ohio.
Today, as sales manager, Seth supports the growth of five U.S. facilities, manages a broad client portfolio across four plants, and directs both inside and outside sales teams to meet key performance indicators. His work extends to coordinating sales strategies with facilities in Mexico, demonstrating a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership.
