Known as a “warrior” by her colleagues, Roxanne’s support spans department, including quality, production, and administration, making her a go-to problem solver for nearly any situation. Recently, she has taken on a more active role in production by communicating directly with clients, providing timely updates, and handling expedite requests with professionalism.
