After earning his bachelor’s degree in materials science from Penn State, Nick became an indispensable part of the management team. He played a pivotal role in achieving Nadcap accreditation in early 2020 and has since contributed significantly to compliance with AMS specifications, often drawing on his AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor certification to support rigorous quality standards. Nick is currently advancing his education through a master’s degree in Engineering Management at Penn State World Campus, further preparing himself for a management trajectory within the company.
