Luke Fetterman has quickly become a standout leader at AFC-Holcroft, thanks to his control system expertise and his dedication to advancing both engineering and team development. Since joining the company, he has worked on numerous large-scale capital projects across a variety of equipment types, including batch, pusher, and belt furnaces. His technical skill and reliability earned him the title of Senior Engineer within just a few years. In January 2025, he was promoted to controls engineering supervisor, a testament to his mentorship, professionalism, and ability to guide cross-functional teams.

In his current role, Luke mentors the Design Engineering Team, demonstrating a leadership style rooted in collaboration, professionalism, and accountability. He is also an active member of AFC-Holcroft’s Continuous Improvement Team, helping strengthen the company’s position as a leading industrial furnace supplier. Luke’s commitment to excellence and team-first attitude continue to reflect and reinforce the core values of his company, making him a foundational part of its future.
