Kyle is currently the Plant Manager for the Paulo St Louis Plant and brings with him six years of experience. He entered the heat treat industry as a quality manager and quickly had a positive impact on all of the company's plants. His recent promotion to Plant Manager at the Paulo St Louis plant is evidence of that impact. Kyle has a tenacious focus on improving the customer experience and plant performance. He pioneered a new loading method for continuous belt heat treating, and he continues to lead his team to improve that method. Kyle is part of the YES class of 2019.
