Andy is currently the Operations Manager at the Paulo plant in Cleveland and can claim six years in the heat treat industry. Andy excels at empowering his team to reach their potential. He is currently working with a team in the Cleveland plant to fundamentally change the plant's material handling. The improvements this team has identified will improve product flow through the largest commercial vacuum facility in the United States. He has also helped prepare his team for the addition of the HIP process in Cleveland.
