Jardin Harrington joined Bodycote in 2006 as a part-time employee while attending college full-time. Bodycote hired Jardin full-time after his graduation.

He worked setting up jobs, shipping and receiving, inspection, and order entry. Jardin also attended and passed all the MTI courses offered in his field while he worked in the quality department.

Promoted to quality manager in 2009, Jardin was instrumental in the facility gaining ISO 9001 certification. Jardin continues to grow in his knowledge of the industry.
